“The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving a F**k” by Sarah Knight is an anti-self help book, which guides the reader how to give less f**k’s and prioritse those things that are really important to the reader’s life.

The “Not Sorry” flow chart featured in the book was the inspiration behind the handmade book cover. Embroidered onto cotton using a hand lettered and designed pattern, the craft concept embraced the book’s message of “not giving a f**k” when mistakes were made.
